Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

• Orders placed during high-volume periods (like holidays or launches) may experience slight delays. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll let you know.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• We ship exclusively within the United States.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

• The estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 

Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship separately, especially those fulfilled by our artisan partners or dropshipping vendors (like Powered by People). If so, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

 

Delivery Issues

• If your package arrives damaged, please email us at [your@email.com] within 5 days with your order number and photos of the damage.

• If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, check with your local post office or neighbors first. While we’ll do our best to assist, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
